Reflexology has a cumulative effect; it is coming for regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly treatments which can assist to restore your health and wellbeing - just like going to the gym regularly helps lose weight and develops muscles - you can't achieve a six pack at the gym by attending only once or the occasional visit. Depending on your individual needs and circumstances, and my availability it is often advisable to book a few appointments in advance; however, the final decision is obviously up to you but I will always discuss the best treatment plan to suit your individual needs and circumstances.

Booking and cancellation policy
I appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time, and that appointments may have to be cancelled. However, for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, I reserve the right to charge full payment for a missed appointment. This policy is not nice to enforce but it is necessary to ensure the smooth running of my business as this is my main source of income, and in fairness to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
I always try to allow a small gap between my clients but if you arrive late I won't be able to extend your session to the detriment of my next client. Similarly, if you arrive early, I may be with a client so may I respectfully ask you to wait outside or in your car until your appointment time as I would not want to cut short my client's treatment.
